My husband needed is Army dress uniform dry cleaned so I looked up the place that was closest to our home. I went in and the lady who was working yelled at me from across the building. When she finally came up to me with an attitude she asked what I wanted. I had two pants, two shirts, and a blazer to give her. She wrote my ticket and gave me a blank stare. So I put the clothes on the rack myself and left. A few days later my husband picked up his uniform and was pleased with the price and how they turned out. Horrible customer service but good job with the dry cleaning (before taking the uniform in it had dried mud since our previous home was flooded and there was no sign of it or any damage when we picked it up). PS- they didnt give back my hangers! So do not bring in your own!
I have used this facility several times in the past, and it was great..staff was friendly and when machines has problems they facilitated the need and paid for fixing the problem. After the business changed hands, they do not care if thier machines rip you off and argue that they work. Today I used 4 front triple washers and out of the four one barely put any water in it to wash my clothes so I had to re wash and buy more soap...when I let the staff know he told me to take it up with management... And when I did, she said she was sorry but no one else has complained and she is not giving me my money back! Several of the other patrons here told us, they won't give you your money back unless their machine is completely out of order....that's just crap....crappy service and sad that it's gone down hill!!
Cheap to dry clothes!
They did very poor job. My suite and shirt were damaged and they did not do anything!!! Shirt is over $100. Suite is over $1000!!! I lost both! crazy!
