Holmes is doing my carpets for about the last 16 years. I have real and fake oriental rugs, one made by my grandma, carpet on the staircase, which they do too, and they also do your upholstered antique sofas. They are on time, pleasant, and do a wonderful job.
Dave came and cleaned my carpets. I have a dog, jack, who is just a puppy so I was in desperate need of a good scrub in my living room. Dave was on time and he was so good to my dog (as a dog owner this means a lot!). The process was quick and dave did a great job. I will definitely be using Holmes again! Thank you Dave/
Our sick dog left several poop and puke stains on our light colored carpeting. Really dark, nasty stuff. I called Holmes the next morning, and they were able to come the same day. Dave was great, carefully explaining what he would do and that given the nature of the stains, he may not be able to completely remove them. The results, however, were fantastic! Even after several days, there's no remnant of the stains coming to the surface, as Dave explained might happen. Fast and courteous service, great results.
We have used Holmes Carpeting twice a year since 2003. This family-owned business is always prompt, courteous, and does a great job, or we wouldn't have continued using them for the past 13 years. An added plus is I didn't realize they do furniture cleaning as well, and now we've added that on occasion when they come, too. It's a local business, and we enjoy their friendliness as well.
Professional, clean, organized and timely service delivered. Small business delivered with attention to detail. Thank you.
