This is the first moving company I ever hired. I was hesitant for many reasons but I was SOOOOO glad I made the choice to hire them. I worked with Joe who promptly answered all of my questions. He assessed our belonging and provided tips and tricks to prepare for the move. On moving day Joe and his team worked quickly and carefully to load things up into the truck. I believe the phrase he used was "GOOD MORNING, RELAX, WE'LL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING AND YOU'RE IN CHARGE!" They listened to all of my questions and concerns throughout the day. They not only moved things into our new home, but they brought things up the stairs and when everything was complete, Joe asked if I would like anything re-arranged. Additionally Joe was extremely flexible when I had a payment hiccup which included him making a second trip back to my home. I sincerely appreciated their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to be flexible. If anyone has any questions. Please don't hesitate to ask.
Recently hired Flint Hills Moving to do a local move from one side of Manhattan to another. They were great! We had several valuable pieces of furniture and two king size beds, in addition to about 5 rooms worth of furniture. They took excellent care of everything, wrapping them up and organizing them in the truck so that they did not rub against each other. We have moved 3 times within the last two years and can recognize great work. Would recommend them to anyone, big job or small. Joe is the owner and he is detail oriented and easy to work with. Very accommodating.
