Been taking my a cat and beagle there for about 3-4 years and overall they were very kind and helpful. A couple of times our pets have had some medical issues that we have had to bring them to this vet and what I like is that they call to get a check up to see how the pet is doing. I don't know if that is standard at other vets but I appreciate the care that they take to just give a quick phone call to check in. The staff as far as my interactions go range from polite to very friendly. The vets seem to me to care a lot about their job and helping the pet. Additionally, they have fairly flexible hours and have been able to get my pet in just about whenever I need to.
This place is great. Had a urgent case that needed to be seen and we were able to get in. They provided wonderful patient education. They took the time to teach us how to take care of our pets needs. The veterinarian and veterinarian techs are awesome. The grooming lady was friendly. So are the front desk staff. We will continue to take our dog here for veterinarian and grooming services!
This vet has always been good to my animals during the visit. However, it’s unfortunate they care more about money than the animals they see. My husband & I are PCSing in 3 days, I called to see if I could get more medicated eye drops for my dog that they saw back in February for the issue because I have misplaced them while packing. Of course they wouldn’t make enough money off of that so they wanted to do more tests, update all her vaccines & make us do the annual exam WHEN WE ARE MOVING IN 3 DAYS! So I guess I will watch my dog suffer for 3 more days & not be able to open her eye until we get moved & I can find a vet there that isn’t a rip off. I should have listened to everyone that told me this place was just a bunch of crooks but it was close to my house & convenient. I’ve even been told by a previous vet tech there that they only care about the money. I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone I know in the area.
Top notch. Would not take my animals any other place. From expertise of care, intelligence of the staff, and customer service all First Rate.

They did a wonderful job of caring for my dog when she got into the garbage and ate an entire pan of brownies and some dirty diapers among other things. I brought her in nearly in shock and they saved her! Brought her home a few days later as good as new.
