I was overly pleased with my encounter with Alternative Air earlier this week. Not only did they come in a hasty manner and get my plumbing working again, but they very professionally answered all of my questions. On top of that they gave me advice on how to prevent future issues and reassured me that they're simply a call away if I run into any other plumbing issues. I highly recommend them and will be utilizing their services in the occurrence of any future plumbing needs.
Technician very knowledgable
So last week my furnace quit working. Not knowing any heating and air companies in the Manhattan area I chose Alternative air. Wow did I hit the jackpot! My wife runs a daycare in our home and I was working out of town. So after calling Alternative Air and expressing my concern to get this fixed as this is my home and a business. They had a technician at my house within the hour! Very respectful and great on explaining the problem we couldn't be more satisfied with the service we revived!
Great customer service from the first phone call until the tech left. He was very polite and explained things to us, so we knew what he was finding. I highly recommend them!

We live in Americus, Kansas (which is an hour away from Manhattan). My husband is gone quite a bit for work and we needed some plumbing done immediately. We called our local plumbing company and they said they were out 9 to 10 days. So we googled good plumbing companies and Alternative Air popped up. We were skeptical that a company located an hour away would be able to help us in a timely manner. However, when we called, they said they could have someone here in an hour and a half! Sure enough, an hour and a half later, a technician arrived and diagnosed our problem. He went to Emporia for parts and came back to fix it. I'm so pleased with Alternative Air!! If anyone anywhere needs fast, reliable, and affordable help with their plumbing and/or heating and cooling this is the place to call!
