M&S Plumbing is a great company! We have used their services twice since purchasing our home last year. The first time was for a sewer backup. They were able to get us on their schedule promptly, the technicians were at our house the next afternoon. They found the problem quickly, fixed it and cleaned up. They even brought over an industrial floor fan to help dry out our carpets. The second time was for a backup in our washing machine drain. Again, we were on the schedule quickly, this time the technician came the same day we called for service. As with our first experience, the problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed, with no mess left behind. In both cases, the office staff was very friendly and helpful when we called for service. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable about their jobs. All of these things combined with their competitive prices are reasons I will use M&S Plumbing again, and would recommend them to anyone!
Update. The owner contacted me and made time to visit with me concerning the above review. We talked things over and negotiated a price that we both could agree upon. I appreciate the quality of work and the time that the owner took to meet with me.
This company will take advantage of you. Gave us an estimate for plumbing work and then the final bill was over $2,000 more expensive. They don't show up until after 9 take a 2 hour lunch and quit before 4, but will bill you for labor for the entire day. Said they take a "working lunch". "Booties on our feet to keep your house neat" is a joke. Messed up our basement and did not clean up at all. Took my wife's copper decorative pale and filled it with dirt like a cheap 5 gallon bucket. Terrible terrible terrible. Stay away. One thing I learned if a contractor does nothing but complain about other similar contractors, they are compensating for their own ineptitude.

I am a soldier deployed to Djibouti Africa, and M&S was very rude to my wife back home in Manhattan, Kansas. First of all my wife called them when the garbage disposal was leaking, and they tried to charge her $375 for a $75 garbage disposal and said it was for profit. They also charged my wife $98 for a phone call where my wife simply told them that the garbage disposal was leaking.
I called M&S on a VERY hot day when my air conditioner decided to quit. A technician came and was able to fix the problem that same day. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable , and very prompt. The office was very helpful as well. Thanks M&S for great service!
