Just realized that our "whole house" filtering system that this company was not filtering whole house. We spent a small fortune several years ago to get this done. We use another Plumbing company and the owner showed up and said that we didn't have a whole house filter system. Imagine the shock. Well we just spent over $500 to correct. Would not recommend.
Our heater wasn't working well this winter and Reid plumbing came out the same day and fixed our problem within an hour. The technician was very polite and respectful.
