In the 2 months we have worked with Dave and his wonderful staff our rental property has shown tremendous improvement in appearance and condition. Dave Darling and team provide great property services and advice. Whenever I need something fixed, all I have to do is send Dave a text and it gets completed in a timely manner. Dave and his team make owning a few rental properties from an hour drive away easy!
I have gone through many other companies and American has been by far the best! We had a few minimal problems with the house since we moved in and they have came either that day or the next to fix it. Such a lovely staff! So attentive and nice to every tenant of theirs.
