Based on a previous review here on the internet, called this company to come diagnose our furnace. Technician shows up, inspects it and condemns our furnace. The technician agrees to provide a quote to replace our furnace. On the way out the door, I ask how long it will be before he calls back to give us an answer. Six messages and eight days later the owner calls back to see if we were "taken care of" get out of here with your garbage service
I have been extremely satisfied with Henton Plumbing’s work and services. I have called them on multiple occasions to service my A/C and fix plumbing issues. Most recently, I had an issue with my toilet refilling and not stopping. The service technicians were very friendly, helpful, and informative. They took care of the issues and fixed them properly and quickly. The office staff and owner were also extremely proactive in calling me before the technicians arrived and making sure my issues were solved. I would highly recommend Henton Plumbing to anyone and will continue to call them with my service needs!

Service guy checks out as to why unit is not turning on found out it was a smart valve had them order it because apparently we are not competent enough to do it ordering the part. He did this within 1hour was charged $136 to include additional cost because I live in Ogden understandable. The part was $396 from where ever they got it same part can be bought for roughly $236 about %40 increase. The technician arrived @ 850 and was done in roughly 30min did ticket and charged me $150 for labor. Bottom line I talked to the company the day prior I find it amazing that I paid 150+136=$286 to do roughly an hours job. I have no problem paying for good service but not service where they rob you right in front of your eyes. I never heard of companies charging for a driving fee to your location and apparently I also paid taxes on a part they got from a third party.
